This is my first novel, written in the early hours of each morning. Friends ask me how I found the time, but let's just say the excitement of writing on the subject of cyber sex kept me alert enough.

And I'm not going to confess to being an anorak, spending hours and hours in chat rooms and checking out sex sites. In fact, over the last months, I've had to do a lot of research and came across one or two sites that were a lot scarier than anything I've described in my book. I'd steer clear of those, but I also found sites that seemed a lot of fun and very arousing. But with my husband lying in the next room, I didn't think it would be a good idea to sign up to any of them!

There were times when inspiration just didn't come, but I'd sit back and wait, do a bit more research and, in the end I'd usually find a site that provided enough food for thought. I think the story came together. At least, when my husband was finally allowed to read the finished version, he didn't laugh. In fact, I won't go into how much fun we had together doing further research. I might even feel inspired to embark on some more writing...
